The underground integrated treatment equipment independently developed and produced by our company can be classified into biological contact oxidation method, SBR, A/O and A2/O, etc. according to the process. The principle of the commonly used A/O treatment technology is that in the anoxic tank, microorganisms reduce the nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in the wastewater into gaseous nitrogen and release it, while decomposing the refractory large-molecule organic matter into small-molecule easily degradable substances. It has the functions of denitrification, hydrolysis and partial degradation of organic matter. In the aerobic tank, most of the organic matter is treated by microorganisms and then enters the secondary sedimentation tank for sludge-water separation. After disinfection, it is discharged.
The A/O process degrades organic matter while denitrification, significantly reducing the oxygen demand. It is an energy-saving biological treatment technology. To maintain a high nitrification rate, the reaction retention time is longer than that of the conventional activated sludge process. The sludge has good sedimentation performance, a low sludge growth rate, a small amount of excess sludge, and good sedimentation performance.
