Installation requirements for underground domestic sewage treatment equipment
1. According to the installation drawing and foundation drawing of the underground sewage treatment equipment, prepare the foundation based on the size and dimensions of the installation plan. Make a concrete base plate. The foundation must bear an average pressure of 5t/m2 and be level. Installation can only be carried out after the curing period of the concrete foundation is over. If the equipment is installed below the ground level, the relative elevation of the foundation from the ground level shall be based on the dimensions in the drawing. At the same time, the excavation width and length around must be more than 500mm away from the foundation edge line to facilitate the installation of pipelines.
2. The installation and connection of pipelines should be well considered when the equipment is in place. When positioning the equipment, the self-weight of the equipment as described in the manual must be taken into account, and the tonnage of the crane should be matched. The installation sequence should be in accordance with the on-site layout diagram. The position and orientation of the cylinder must not be wrong, and the mutual spacing must be correct.
3. According to the installation diagram, connect the pipes. After the equipment is in place, connect the pipes and secure them with rubber gaskets to ensure there is no leakage at the connection points.
After the installation of the underground sewage treatment equipment is completed, the equipment must be connected and fixed to the foundation floor to ensure that the equipment does not float or move. At the same time, sewage must be injected into the equipment (if there is no sewage, other water sources or tap water can be used as substitutes), and the filling degree must reach more than 70% to prevent the equipment from floating. Meanwhile, check whether there is any leakage in each pipeline. During the water test, there must be no leakage at each pipe intersection. At the same time, the equipment should not be displaced or tilted due to the rise of ground water.
After the equipment is installed without any issues, soil can be filled around and into the gaps of the equipment and compacted, and the ground can be leveled. When filling the soil, it should be noted that: (1) The manhole cover plate of the equipment must be about 50mm higher than the ground level. (2) Soil must not be allowed to block the air inlet on the manhole cover plate.
6. Connect the control lines of the electrical control cabinet to the equipment. When wiring, pay attention to the rotation direction of the underwater aerator and submersible sewage pump motors. If the basement control cabinet is to be placed, it should be placed in a well-ventilated area to keep it dry. Generally, the control cabinet should not be placed outdoors. It must be protected from direct sunlight, rain, etc. To prevent leakage of electricity from the control board and the connection terminals, which could burn out the control board.
